Small things that many forget when using a Table Top Wet Grinder - Before starting the grinding process check whether the grinding stone is seated on the cuppler properly.... - Wash the stones and grinder bowl before and after its use. - Some people switch on the grinder without adding contents. This should be avoided. - Don't add in all the ingredients at once, like rice, dal, water etc.. they should be added in one by one. - The wet grinder should be placed in an even surface without ups and downs, this will help for a smooth grinding process. - When the grinder is running we should not touch the contents for any reason. Tips about how to correctly handle your Mixie - Before you use your Mixie for the first time kindly read the instruction booklet. - Don't add water straightaway, grind the dry ingredients for 1 minute, then add water to get proper consistency. - Always increase the speed form 1st speed, 2nd speed and 3rd speed.... - Water leakage from the bottom of the jar can happen when the jar's bush is damaged. If that happens replace the bush as soon as possible. - Ensure that your Mixie and the jars are clean, especially between the blades to prevent clogging. See more

13.01.2022 Latest Tips Cleaning your Mixie properly BODY AND TOP CAP... 1. Clean Body and Top Cap with a damp cloth and wipe dry. 2. Do not use abrasives or water for cleaning. STAINLESS STEEL JARS AND BLADES 1. Fill in 1/2 litre of water and a teaspoon of any mild cleaning powder. 2. Run the Mixie on speed 1 for 30 seconds, leaving the blade fixed to the spindle of the stainless steel jar. 3. Rinse and dry. 4. Always store jar in inverted position to allow water to drain off.

10.01.2022 Latest Tips! When washing the Table Top Wet Grinder's Drum, please don't wash it with hot water. This is because hot water will decrease the strength of the glue which bonds the stone and the drum together, leading to leakage.

08.01.2022 Latest Tips! How to maintain your Table Top Wet Grinder in good health! Do's... - Always keep the appliance clean and dry. You can wipe the plastic body of the appliance with a soft damp-wet cloth, and drying it with a soft cloth or paper towel. - Keep the wiper position facing motor while grinding. - Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being operated in the presence of children. - Clean drum and roller holder assembly thoroughly after use and place it in the machine. Dont's - Do not run the grinder empty for more than a minute. - Do not put your hand into the drum while the appliance is in operation. - Do not attempt to unlock the arm while the appliance is in operation. - Do not attempt to lift the appliance while it is in operation. - Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of any fault contact a service centre immediately. Many make a small problem bigger and more difficult to repair, when attempting to repair themselves. - Do not use any other attachments except those provided by the manufacturer.

This avoids clogging, thereby preventing high temperature and pressure from building up and melting the alloy pellet of the metallic safety valve. Replace the metallic safety valve every time you replace the gasket.
