08.01.2022 All muscles are connected. eg a headache can be caused by over use of your wrist, tight wrist, tightens forearm, which tightens upper arm, which pulls the shoulder, which tightens the neck producing headaches. Same is true all over the body. If your feet roll in it can cause hip pain and lower back pain. With correct postural assessment your therapist can see where the problem starts from and start to rectify it.

02.01.2022 Poorly placed toilet paper holder if reaching for the toilet paper roll causes stress on the back. Twisting and contorting your lower back can have terrible implications. Move it slightly in front and side of your knees, if this can’t be done buy a free standing holder. Remember when reaching for the tp have spine straight and abs tight.

01.01.2022 Daily stretch. The hamstring door frame stretch... directions; lie down one leg inside door frame, one leg bent on outside of frame . Shuffle bum to about 30 CMS from frame.
