19.01.2022 SATURDAY MORNING HEART STARTER 2 classes 8AM & 8:30AM half hr each $10pp. You don’t need to be a member of our program to do this class but you do need to register each week as there are only 10 spots per class. Each Friday a post will go out & you just comment name & time to reserve you spot.
