We can conduct sessions over the phone or Skype if requested. We will be ensuring all staff and clients engage in hand cleaning before and after sessions. Toys and equipment will be cleaned after every session for your safety.

06.01.2022 Love this. So important in this busy world we live in. My favourites; 12 Hugs, Bedtime Chat, Slow down and smell the strawberries, 5 positive moments to 1 negative, Parents put their phones down and actively listen. They are only little for such a short time.
05.01.2022 So useful for 5-13 year olds. Guidelines suggest no more than 2 hours screen time, at least 60 mins of vigorous exercise and 9-11 hours sleep with consistent bedtimes. Plus 3 times a week of strengthening activities.
