24.01.2022 This communal shower area got a little Epoxy grout revamp just in time before the end of lockdown! We couldn't help ourselves and cleaned the tiles too.

22.01.2022 Our lovely customers today tried EVERYTHING on their floors and were regularly on their hands and knees scrubbing each individual tile. Ain't no body got time for that! We did a deep clean and scrub (not by hand) to remove the stubborn dirt, particularly in the high traffic areas. We then sealed their rejuvenated floors to protect and give a satin finish. Both husband and wife were over the moon with the result. You can see the huge difference in the before and after pic of the kitchen below.

Todays client had a bluestone expert seal their bluestone floors with the incorrect sealer leaving them with a patchy finish from the failed sealer. Luckily for them, they got onto the real Experts! Some shower restorations are more satisfying than others like when the grout is quite visibly stained and silicone has failed. No amount of cleaning will make those grout lines clean and failed silicone = water leakage, and water leakage = damage.

16.01.2022 The most common problem in these buildings is water damage. Water seeps through damage caulking, grout lines and failed silicone. It then causes efflorescence and softens the glue under the tiles, causing tiles to come off and eventually structural damage. By replacing silicone and grout, you ensure water is where it's supposed to be. If the building managers and owner occupiers had done their due diligence, a lot of these issues could have been prevented.

10.01.2022 Here we have a gorgeous marble x limestone shower base. Single piece solid stone! The stone mason unfortunately didnt provide an accurate fall for water drainage. Add to that professional tile cleaners using incorrect cleaning agents and you have one severely damaged floor. We ground the tiles to achieve sufficient fall, polished the stone and sealed with a premium penetrating sealer. @ Eaglemont

08.01.2022 Although its not a complete restoration, this converted little office space in the heritage listed George building in St. Kilda saw some love today. The 160 year old floor was honed to remove as many stains as possible and to also smoothen it out. Tile repairs with epoxy resin were also completed to restore heavily damaged tiles then sealed to protect them from future staining. A regular maintenance program has been set up and eventually all stains will be removed. @ The George Ballroom

We honed and polished the stone to smooth out the imperfections... we then sealed it with colour enhancing sealer to bring out its natural beauty and protect.

04.01.2022 This Sandstone was badly damaged by a mould infestation. A light grind of the surface followed by a clean and seal. voilà!
