17.01.2022 In line with our last few posts, Colorado Ridge is indeed up for sale. We have bought a new property at Tenterfield overlooking the beautiful Billirimba valley and Timbarra river. I did state that a name change was coming. We are going to be trading under the new name of Timbarra View Quarter Horses.

14.01.2022 Not really horse related, but I managed to get some awesome pics of the recent lunar eclipse over Timbarra View.

12.01.2022 Well, we've been kind of quiet for a while, both the drought and we've been building fences since April. But our news is that we have purchased a new stallion. His name is Smokin Heart. His sire is Days of Gold and his dam is Hearts on Fire. He's getting vet inspected on Tuesday for IBF and we are hoping to be breeding from him this season. He's a beautiful boy.

12.01.2022 Great feeling when you have a pretty much unhandled horse that you've bought, trembling in the round yard at the thought of being caught and with literally 2 to 3 hours of float training, having it travel 200 kms like an old horse.

12.01.2022 Part of the big news coming is that Colorado Ridge is up for sale, we are moving to greener pastures. Business as usual..... no we're not quitting, just getting better. New property and name change coming.

11.01.2022 Had the broody's in a smaller paddock and feeding them while the bigger paddocks had a bit of rest and time to come away. This morning I let them into the front paddock. Welcome to paradise girls. No more feeding them for a while. Yay.

08.01.2022 Last time I posted on our page, I spoke about having our property for sale and moving to greener pastures. Well as of tomorrow, we become the proud owners of a beautiful 1200 acre property just on the eastern side of Tenterfield. Perfect for breeding amazing quarter horses.

03.01.2022 My beautiful stallion Packed Fulo Pistols aka Chicko, and his lady friend were welcomed to their own bit of paradise today. Now I can finally have a break from 3 years of feeding.
