18.01.2022 We welcome our first guests since lockdown today. Have made a few changes due to Covid . We are now doing our washing in-house rather than using a public space. All coffee/ tea / sweetners are single serve sachets. Disinfectant cleaning products available to guests ... even the option to purchase new pillows ( although great care is given with the washing & drying of all linen & towels, cushion covers etc). Don’t hesitate to ask about bookings ... Nerida

07.01.2022 Timboon Toybox is enjoying being able to host guests again but we are being extremely cautious. When a booking is taken we block out the day before & 2 days post a stay so that the apartment is as safe as possible for guests & ourselves cleaning. Have a great weekend & enjoy the footy final
07.01.2022 Behind the scenes ... I thought it would be worth showing what cleaning rituals have been put into place at the Toybox Apartment for Covid 19 . First job is every touchable surface has been wiped over with pinoclean . All linen , including pillow protectors, doona covers & cushion covers from bedroom removed. All linen folded in and away from me. (Nursing skills has me well trained) As it looks like rain ... I have pillows, doonas & cushions airing at the door. Sunny day...s they will be enjoying the sun. All couches & rugs sprayed with a disinfectant & floors to be vacuumed next before washing. Toilet & bathroom cleaned while I do all the washing in-house so it is not contaminated in a public space. All checkin times will now be 3pm onwards ... so the apartment is safe & superclean for all guests. I have also made readily available to guest disinfectant for surfaces, plenty of easy accessible hand wash. It is wonderful to welcome back tourists to our area & we can get through this pandemic with just a few changes of habit. Appreciate if everyone could share this on, Thank you Nerida & Peter Baker

04.01.2022 Toybox Apartment now caters for house trained pets. We know how much pets are part of the family so we would like to offer accommodation for house trained pets that love to travel. The Toybox Apartment has a well fenced deck area & a spot in the bathroom with a comfy bed . There are fabulous walks & even pet friendly beaches not too far away.
