10.01.2022 Avo Good Day Avocado Oil!! What an amazing multi-purpose super food!... Did you know that avocado oil is full of antioxidants, Vitamin E and chlorophyll, which help to fight break outs, and inflammation caused by breakouts! One of the main vitamins present in this oil is Vitamin E, super healing and great for cellular restoration. There are many antioxidants in cold pressed Avocado oil which is why it’s super beneficial for people suffering from eczema and psoriasis! The oil itself can help to aid in inflammation and flaky skin. However, always perform a skin test to see if Avocado oil is right for you. The molecular structure of Avo oil allows the skin to easily absorb all of the nutritional skin benefits, making it a fantastic oil to use at night as a moisturiser!
