25.01.2022 The best kinda riding today!! Happy Days

25.01.2022 Had such a lovely day today at DJ Park! Always a pleasure to see Sally! Love how open and willing she is when it comes to working with different people, tools and modalities to help her fur babys. Watching the reactions on the horses never gets old. As well as the great feed back from human treatments. One message that came through today when treating these lovely ladies is how much we push! Not enough self nurture. I know we all do it. The problem is we end up tipping the... scales to much, forgetting how to receive. To much yang activity and not enough yin will eventually burn the system out. Please fill up your cups. It may feel uncomfortable to start with because you have forgotten how to be.... in this busy world. Thank you ladies for the feed back! Im so glad you enjoyed your treatments. I will pop some photos and videos in comments. Love getting messages like these, makes my heart sing! Thanks Jennifer And oh my do I feel Devine! A total sense of calm. I would normally have researched 20 things by now (had a quick scan of one thing and I just didnt feel compelled to read it where normally I would have gone down a rabbit hole of stuff). To have the awareness and impact of this (past) trait is huge for me. I have just had a relaxing deep bath with oils, candles and a glass of red. Pure bliss. I absolutely love taking a bath and only have about one a year. So am totally embracing the self care. Thank you so much!

25.01.2022 So this morning after our gelding Scar treatment. I was told for the next ride or so to really push bravo more than what I would normally. At this point in our... ride I would still normally be in a walk. If I ask more too soon he would get very shitty, which was obviously because he was needing to be warmed up due to what was going on internally. The way he worked today was without a hand brake and much happier. Our canter was a little unbalanced, which I was told would be normal, you could see him waiting for it to hurt, trying to get his brain around the change. He definitely is a much happier Horse. #Exclusiveequineveterinaryservice See more

23.01.2022 This past month has been testing as I have been looking after my boy who sliced his stomach open on a gate latch. I have posted photos of his progress over the ...last month to show the power of exhilarating the bodies own natural healing rate through the healing methods I use. When Bravo did the injury he had gone through muscle to the stomach lining. We are at 41/2 weeks and his progress has been tremendous. The vet said it has healed amazingly that we are well ahead of schedule. With healing work the recovery rate can be cut in half. Also the build up of congested and dirty energy is continuously moved off keeping the wound free of any infection that may occur. Bravo was definitely one lucky boy. With a good consistent treatment regime the results have been fantastic. This boy is my heart horse and I feel lucky that I have the tools to help him. This has been the 41/2 week journey from top left down to the top right down. Last photo taken today. I let him have a play and a roll with his Zara See more

22.01.2022 Hello friends, over the last 20 years I have recorded many live meditation sessions for self~healing and well~being. These meditations were recorded in workshops and for those who had attended the different courses run over the years. With all the stress and overwhelming thoughts that have been effecting many from the fires I thought some of these meditations maybe helpful. If you have an interest in accessing them please let me know and I will forward you the link.

22.01.2022 So had another good ride on Bravo and he was such a good boy. Normally has an option about most things!!! Hes that horse that wants you to pat him then pins his ears when u get to close. So you walk away and you get ears forward with the look please dont go. Well that has all dropped away and he wants you with him, giving lots of kisses and attention. Mr overwhelm at everything is even rounding up the alpacas normally they were going to eat us as well. Also having ...the awareness that his right psoas was like a shoe string and being more supportive in the canter transition, allowing time for him to find his balance has made a big difference. Just being able to have a ride without some kind of calisthenics is so nice for us both. Really looking forward to seeing how he is on the trail. His fight/flight has dropped about 10 pegs. Also his body shape has changed, his fluids seem to be much more even all over and he has a totally different presence about him. I have made this last few weeks about him as its easy to get caught up treating everyone elses horse. Normally he hates acupuncture but now couldnt care less about the needles and body work. He is loving the attention and so much more receptive to treatment. Feeling extremely blessed and grateful at the moment. See more

21.01.2022 Just like humans, our horses have unique personalities and ways of understanding information. They have needs and wants in the same way we do, so they can better process and Integrate what is being asked. Today I was privileged to be part of an instructors lesson with #BrookDalsanto and #MichelleKaranikich on her boy Mac. Being able to clear blockage as they are active can be extremely beneficial for horse and human. A very important need this horse had was to feel like h...e had the time to work out what was being asked. The words, just wait, just wait kept running through my mind. We can all be guilty of this. Asking a question and expecting the response to be instantaneous. Macs ability to integrate the information came together beautifully when he felt like his needs were being understood and considered. Michelle and Mac had a beautiful moment of oneness where their minds were working at the same time and they were both in the moment together. Mac does normally have issues with going forward and feelings of anxiety and panic around this. Today I didnt witness any of this as we all worked together to help Mac shift through his blockages. I was super impressed with Brooks ability to read the situation, her teaching style, ground work knowledge and ability to translate that to Michelle. Less is definitely more with these beautiful animals and being in the moment and not overthinking things. I know we all have goals that we are working towards and wanting to improve our connection and skill is so important. I believe that when we find that feel without any agenda other than being in the moment our horse knows and feels a sense of ease and oneness. From this space the magic starts to unfold and a beautiful dance emerges. Today I watched a lovely exchange of energy between horse and rider, feelings of understanding and a beautiful flow emerging. A gift and privilege to be a part of.

20.01.2022 Why is being out in nature so healing for human beings? Our planet is communicating with us all the time via the universal language of resonance. This resonance horses are extremely aware of. Think of the electromagnetic field around the earth as a connected matrix that effects all living things, transmitting information to the environment and effecting the physical body and our electrical charge. Today I did a follow up session on the lovely Patrick who suffers from headshak...Continue reading

17.01.2022 So today I went to the gelding scar clinic that was organized in Benalla with Dr Louise and all I can say is OMG. Horses do not enter this world grumpy! Nor do... they do things like pigroot for no reason. My boy is very sensitive and highly strung at times, finding life challenging. I have taken my time dealing with his issues and have made some wonderful progress. After attending this treatment session things have become so much clearer. Bravos internal organs were adhered like one big mass. These organs should all be moving freely. Louise explained that he is constantly on sensory overload. His right psoas muscle had atrophied to such an extent that it was like a shoe string. This explains so much for my poor boy. Now we just needs to unravel the behavior/trauma/muscle memory that has been developed from his condition. At least I can help him with that part through the work I do. This procedure will hopefully change Bravos life. Dr Louise explained that now he needs a psychologist. lol How far he has come. I hate to think how he would be without the work we had done up until this point. I wasnt sure how open she was to energy work but at least feel blessed to have some tools to help clear the patterns Bravo has created. The difference riding this horse is like day and night. No pigrooting or playing with the mouth, softer over the top and in front of the leg straight away. I am so blown away with the difference. So glad I trusted my gut and attended this treatment day. Thank you so much Dr Louise #Exclusiveequineveterinaryservice See more

12.01.2022 Today’s treatment day was at Dolly Joyce’s in Outtrim we’re I was privileged to work with some extremely beautiful sensitive horses. It was lovely to be greete...d with such openness and understanding that the horse is so much more, from this husband and wife team, both breakers and trainers. Dollys horse was such a sensitive soul who although felt so overwhelmed within himself still tried his heart out to always please and never put a foot wrong. So beautiful on the inside that I said to Dolly his true energy had such depth to it. Like looking into an ocean of water but with a feeling of still glass. Unfortunately this poor boy was carrying some old grief that was effecting him on so many levels. The shock had effected the spleen energy which had caused an energetic spasm. When this happens the digestive system is effected. Weakness and imbalances cascade from here. This boy was also being treated for ulcers which had made a positive impact Dolly said. With an imbalanced spleen energy though it would be likely they would reform as the weakness from the shock was, I believe the core of the problem. As I worked through the issues there was so many responses and reactions from the energy moving through his system, that you could see him trying to work out how to best work with the feelings. Sometimes the horse’s try to evade the treatment and fight the feeling, especially when they are extremely sensitive but after time surrender to the letting go. This boy Finley found his stillness you can see in this small video that Dolly took while I was working. This can make them feel very tired but also deep peace and it’s in this space that the healing takes place. It took quite a bit for him to let go and find ease. As the body is flooded with new fresh energy and old pattens are cleared the nerves system has a reset. From this space the horse becomes more willing and starts to thrive. The transformation is different case to case, some move through the blockages quicker than others. The second video I have posted in comments is of this extremely scared and overwhelmed 4 year old that Julie has had from young. He was so worried when we first started that we decided to treat him in the arena as standing at the tie up was just not going to work. When I started treating his time line I could feel such stuck energy in his sacrum that I felt has been with him from birth. I said to Julie it was like an ache stopping him from being able to stretch through his top line. This blockage was keeping him in constant flight mode. Julie said he always tucks him bum under and has never been able just to walk relaxed with his head low. Even on the ground. As you can see this boy is a giant and walks around with his head up in the air like a giraffe. You can imagine with him jumping around and flighty how challenging he could be to manage. This blockage was not allowing this poor boy to actually be grounded and in his body so he was like a kite on a string. As the blockages were treated and the old energies that were stuck in the cells of the body cleared, he naturally was able to stretch and walk with his head low. Julie said to me he’s never done this in the whole time I have owned him. You can also see that he’s actually with her energy compared to when we first started where it was almost impossible for him to not be affected by anything else around him. Such a rewarding day and blessing to work with these beautiful animals.

11.01.2022 This poor boy has been through so much. I was so happy to see him today a different horse from our session last week. Donnie had injured himself and spent months in and out of hospital, being stabled with the first injury to only re-injure himself, pulling tendons from bones and making a good old mess. Jess has spent so much time, money and love on this horse. Trying to help him heal and rehabilitate. Donnie is once again facing months of confinement and for this xrace horse... with a personality larger than life was mentally struggling. I saw Donnie last week and he was quite shut down with almost a feeling of wanting to give up. His energy was so withdrawn and his will and want to work through this next challenge seemed just to much. Well today I was greeted with a different Donnie. His energy was with me straight away wanting to continually stand close give kisses and show me his true personality. This made my heart sing in comparison to last week not wanting to engage and would only walk backwards if I approached him. Donnie had made his mind up that he was going to try his best to go on this next journey and the want to heal and overcome the challenge had activated within. When horses go through such physical trauma having them on board mentally is difficult. The strength to fight and to keep their mental health positive is half the battle. Having days like today when I get to see such transformation makes this work so rewarding.

11.01.2022 Thanks for sharing Bronwyn . So glad your boy is on the mend

09.01.2022 Would just like to give an update on Bravos progress after the gelding scar manipulation. Normally I would not be able to take Bravo out and trail ride him by ...myself, but the transformation in him has been quite extraordinary. His fight flight response has totally changed. Also the amount of swing and movement he now has through hes diaphragm is quite incredible. Anyone that knows this horse is aware of how tricky and colorful he is and I just feel so grateful for the continual transformation and growth that he is displaying. Cant thank you enough Dr Louise. 07.01.2022 Head-Shakers, The Vegus Nerve, Energetic Findings. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with a lovely clients horse who suffers from head shakers. Working out why this condition manifests can be different for all horses but one common thread Im becoming aware of is the lack of energy in the Vagus Nerve. Being the longest nerve in the body it runs from the neck to the abdomen down both sides of the body. When the vagus nerve activates, the horse enters the relaxation res...Continue reading

02.01.2022 I would like to share our recent story. On Sunday I called Adele in despair. Sienna (my daughter) is booked in for a competition next weekend and things weren'...t travelling so great. With only a week to practice, and a child and pony who were stressed to the eyeballs, and unable to practice in our arena due to the pony bolting and shying, I called Adele to discuss how to overcome things. I could see that my daughter was stressing, and in turn this stress was being projected onto her pony. The pair together was a lethal combination. And being her mum - well - she wasn't listening to me. Adele came to the rescue. Sunday afternoon Adele arrived to do a two way healing on both my daughter and the pony whilst riding. She got Sienna to connect up with her pony.... and whilst riding cleared Sienna's worries, and cleared the pony. Adele came back on Monday and did the same work - and both days my daughter practised her test twice each day without fault, stress or worry. Last night we popped the pony in the float with another pony that she isn't paddocked with and doesn't normally work well with.... The other pony is also competing on Sunday so doing a test run with them both in the float and together was concerning but a necessary exercise. We travelled up to Wandin Park and both ponies got out in the show jumping arena and worked amazing. Not one shy - not one bolt and a very happy child. I highly recommend Adele Edwards to anyone and everyone. She is blessed with an amazing talent and has given my daughter the confidence to get out there on the weekend and do what she loves. For anyone out there that is experiencing fear or stress whilst riding - I highly recommend you get Adele out to heal your horse (and yourself) whilst being in the saddle..... If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I would have doubted it. Thank you Adele Edwards - your amazing.

01.01.2022 One of the most frequent question I get to asked is, how do I get my horses to concentrate on me? How do I keep his/her attention? Well, first of all, you need ...to give your full attention to the horse, then ask for eye contact. Many horses do not dare to look at humans with both eyes - because they dont trust them. Focus on the eyes, they will tell everything, and your horse will be right there with you. See more
