24.01.2022 It's heating up so that means a few things. Browning of land and SNAKES! They have been sighted around the club, under wheelie bins and around scrubby and leafy areas. Please always be mindful when walking around the grounds, try to wear closed shoes and if spotted, alert somebody to where it went and what it looked like. If you are confronted by a Slithering Spectator, just keep calm and still and let it slide on by! Keep up to date with procedures to manage a bite should anybody be so unlucky! Please keep children away from the bushy areas around the club! Treat all snakes as a dangerous snake! 'Don't be a hero, we don't want to call Triple Zero'! Don't bring down people by being disrespectful. Complement one another and show respect to all the members. You never know when that person is going to give you assistance one day to get back into the skies! Rest up and let's see everyone next weekend enjoy their flight times!

10.01.2022 Hi friends and members! We had an incident today where somebody walked right into the heli field whilst one was about to take off and decided to fly their quad! At first they were directed to the flight line, but once flying over the building it quickly became apparent that this person was in fact a non member! We have the rules in place to protect us all from injury and we need to make sure that any non members are grounded immediately if flying and rules are followed! Plea...se ensure the red tag is visible with the new sticker issued. If you come across somebody flying who is a non member or you think is a risk, kindly tell them how to join or where they can stand to observe. Happy & safe flying to all!
