20.01.2022 There is a lot of uncertainty at the moment with everything going on. We have previously been extremely busy and booked out completely but times have changed and we are all needing to adapt. To our existing clients, we appreciate and thank you so much for your support and look forward to working with you more in the future. Hopefully things slow down. Our thoughts on Covid-19:... * Woolworths and Coles why have you cancelled delivery and click and collect!? Our BEST option ATM to stop the hoarders, stop the panic buying is to have click and collect ONLY and delivery for people who cannot attend a store! This will enforce the social distancing, max purchase for items and make your lives so much easier!!! You already have the systems in place for this! Close your doors and ONLY offer click and collect and delivery for those who need it. Provide ID on pickup, get your order and GO HOME! * Please, please, PLEASE stay home unless you have to go out for essentials. * To our Prime Minister, the stipulations at the moment have too many grey areas! You are forcing businesses to close but still telling them they can stay open. This is so confusing for our entire country. Those businesses still need to cover overheads, staff and other costs. How are they supposed to do that with the rules they have to follow. If they stay open, they run at a loss and you are giving them no option but to go bankrupt!!! * Close our schools. The faster this happens, the shorter time frame we will have to do it. If you are concerned for workers and their children, have designated child care centres for these people only. In the end school is 9 til 3 and if the children are in before and after school care, at best 6 - 6. Last time I checked, hospital are 24/7. By having designated child care centres for these workers that HAVE to work, maybe we can be more flexible with open hrs. Who knows? But what we are doing at the moment is not working. 20.01.2022 Wall Cleaning Tip: Use 1 scoop of Napisan in a bucket with hot water. Either use a car polisher or a sponge to get the wall clean as possible.... Please note if using the car polisher, be careful not to push too hard and some stubborn marks may still need a scrub from a sponge after. Otherwise this will remove hand prints, foot marks, bug marks, etc. Plus it's fun!!!

14.01.2022 Last week we had a booking for a lady's friend who was in hospital. We love trying to help out people who are doing it tough and were able to finish cleaning the whole house in 3hrs I stead of the 4 that was booked. So now, we will wait for the friend to get out of hospital and give the house another clean at no additional cost to try and help take off some pressure. 13.01.2022 Earlier we shared results of wall cleaning with napisan and a car polisher. This video shows potential results with napisan and a chux sponge/scourer! The results speak for themselves. 02.01.2022 There is water in coffee right? Surely that counts as something!

01.01.2022 This week we have had a bond clean where the house was riddled with mould. There was no air conditioner, plenty of Windows for air ventilation and exhaust fan in the bathroom. The mould went from ceiling to floor and was in every nook and cranny imaginable! The tenant was told that they were responsible for this. We found this information on the RTA website and passed it on to the tenant. We hate seeing tenants getting incorrect information and are happy to share our wealth of knowledge. We believe that due to having a flat roof and evidence of a leak, to be the cause of the issue.
