Woody Point We can have ten in total, including the instructor. Social distancing must still be followed so there's will be no partner work.

08.01.2022 IGK would like to extend our warmest congratulations to the World Karate Federation @wkfofficial on its 50th birthday! This commemorates an organisation that has reached such a momentous date. It honours the long and successful history of the organisation and our sport, a history full of brilliant and unforgettable moments, and open to a bright and hopeful future. Tino Hanshi has a long history with the WKF. The first Australian national team participated in the inaugural Wor...ld Karate Championships - World Union of Karate-do Organizations (WUKO) which was held in Japan in 1970! Ilia Zacharias from our own Victorian Goju Kai club was a team member. In 1972 Tino Ceberano Shihan was a competitor at Paris. In the following years Tino Shihan became a WUKO Vice-President and official referee for following WUKO World Championships in between his coaching roles. See more

02.01.2022 During his years as Chief Instructor of Goju Kai in Australia, Tino Ceberano Shihan hosted Shuji Tasaki Shihan and Goshi Yamaguchi Shihan in Melbourne for many memorable events, camps and competitions. IGK wishes Saiko-Shihan Goshi Yamaguchi a Happy Birthday today as we look back at the rich history of karate-do he and his father brought to Australia.
