09.01.2022 Winner winner chicken dinner! So tonight the @hroystershed , a family business I’m so lucky and proud to be a part of won the local new business award! My father (the super happy guy on the right) started working with oysters in 2006. A few years later disease struck and all of the oyster farmers lost their produce. Some lost their homes over this, it was a distressing time. My father and a few others pushed through and were able to regrow healthy oysters. He and his beaut...iful wife (the good looking bird on my right) then decided to open a shed where people can come watch their oysters be freshly shucked and sit by the river that they were grown. 2 years down the track and we are known worldwide and thriving.
