15.01.2022 An ongoing job or jobs we are doing at Springwood all at the same house Removed existing brickwork walls around decking replaced all decking & stained also installed new powder coated balustrade privacy screening & painted Removed existing timber fence & replaced with colourbond, Replaced floor boards to one room & sanded & recoated all floor boards inside, Removed existing rotted ramp & rebuilt painted & stained,... 15.01.2022 All finished Mt Riverview decking today now up to the pool guys & landscapers I will take photos when it’s all completed

09.01.2022 Busy week this week with the lead up to Christmas Started the week @ Werrington painting ceilings, walls & woodwork. 3 bedrooms, lounge room & hallway including some patching of ceiling after new lights installed, next was starting putting up new pool fencing around the deck we built @ Mt Riverview & some more painting @ Cranebrook as well as removing existing shower screen & installing new one Also installed two new manholes during the week as well @ Cambridge gardens

02.01.2022 Just finished job @ Emu Plains customers very happy with end result. Full roof restoration, new colourbond guttering & facia. New suntuff polycarbonate on rear awning & full repaint on all exterior surfaces to bring the 80’s into the modern century living.
