This was all at our home in City Beach, Perth. 08.01.2022 Bedroom conversion complete. This large bedroom was converted to accommodate an ensuite and walk in robe. Logistically this was one of our more challenging renovations as we had to create the ensuite from scratch, move the location of the door way and also remove the existing fire place that was situated in the bedroom. The completed project looks amazing.

I rent my house to tenants and was told the carport was collapsing and my agent asked me to find a builder to attend to this. I live away, was on holidays overseas and have no idea of builders. TLC were recommended through social media. From the first phone call my panic mode disappeared. TLC organised an assessment and gave me advice on what needed to happen. Provided a quote and organised everythin...g so professionally and timely I was always confident in dealing with them. Communication between TLC, myself and with the tenants was outstanding. They were not intrusive just one phone call and text then followed by emails - was so easy. Being busy, this made my life so much easier. Updates on status of work included photos. The work was thorough and cannot fault the result. Thank you to Peter Earl and Denby for organising everything. They even went above and beyond and organised paving quotes.

06.01.2022 This beautiful Fremantle property had a small lap pool taking up most of the backyard. The pool was no longer being used so our clients decided to deck over it to create a more usable outdoor space. All the existing timber decking boards were completely removed and a new TimberTech decking was installed. The end result is stunning.
