22.01.2022 I am on the move, I am moving to live in Australia before the end of the year, so i will be stopping my classes at la salle, tomorrow will be my last spin at la salle I am trying to organise other trainers to take over so spin may continue as soon as I know more I will update you all, also this page will under go a revamp and i will be updating it with motivation work out tips and nutrition so please keep liking, updates to follow

13.01.2022 Just want to say thank you to everyone who has came to spin or I have taken for sessions over the past year I have enjoyed working with you all and also thank you to la salle for the use of the studio and gym, as i have said before the page will be getting a revamp and will be updated, can i ask anyone that attend spin, if you have time can you please give me a review on my page, it would be greatly appreciated

10.01.2022 Spin is back on tonight 7-8pm at la salle for anyone who has never been you can find the studio at la salle Andersonstown, when you come into the school just go down to the larger car park with the basketball nets and the entrance is on the side of the sports complex, I open the studio about 5 to 7 if you get stuck just give me a shout, the class is suited to all levels of fittness it will be hard but i let you work at your own pace please bring water and a hand towel, all welcome please share, come and give it a go
