We couldn't have done it without you. *** An appeal to the public.... Can you help us find the owners of these roadside memorials north of Mount Coolon? One of the memorials has a small brass plate affixed to it with the words My Mum Love Kye. As part of progressive sealing works of the Bowen Developmental Road, we need to remove the memorials until August 2021. We'll be returning the memorials to their original location (or as close as possible subject to safety requirements) but we'd like to inform the people who placed the memorials about their temporary removal and storage in TMR’s Mount Coolon depot. If you know who may have placed these memorials please contact our Mackay Office on 4951 8534 or 0418 970 165, or email [email protected] with the subject line Bowen Developmental Road memorials.
