16.01.2022 OPERATION YIELD GRAFTON Operation Yield was conducted over the weekend in Grafton involving resources from Traffic and Highway Patrol, Coffs/Clarence Police gen...eral duties, pro-active crime team and Transport for NSW vehicle inspectors. The operation targeted modified/defective vehicles and general traffic compliance. As a result, three red label defects were issued with offending vehicles immediately directed off the road. 33 vehicles in total were inspected, 32 defects issued, 92 infringements issued for safety compliance offences. 154 vehicles underwent RBT and three court attendance notices were issued for drink driving. Overall, a successful operation in our commitment to improve road safety, reduce incidents of road trauma and create safe vehicle compliance in the Grafton area.

Parked up since the 70’s, it hasn’t moved an inch until today. Can certainly say that she got a good blow dry on the way to its new home this afternoon.
