01.01.2022 'The Aristocrat' design is inspired by New York-style apartments which signified luxury residences in a prime location. A modern interpretation of neo-classical... architectural design, accentuates its built form wrapped with stone cladding wall, textured stone façade detail and bronze-like metal cladding. The building scale is broken down through expression of articulation, different materials, proportional arched frame openings and glazing, balcony planters and feature screens. Lobby entry is emphasized with a grander portico and featured wall which induce a sense of homecoming. Beyond that, a resort-like recreational area is provided along with an infinity pool to encourage outdoor activities and relaxation. Designed by PBD Architects and built by Luxcon Group
