We appreciate everyone who has visited our physical or online store from near and far, for the first time or for a regular browse, bike service or chat. Our Collingwood store has closed for a break from 24 December - 3 January, and will reopen at 10am on Saturday 4 January 2020. ... Our online store will stay open throughout the holiday season, and we're having a Holiday Sale during the break including free shipping! A selection of our trusty 9 test ride bikes and used accessories will be up for sale at great prices up to 70% off over the next 6 days until we close. The bikes will be sold on a first in, best dressed basis, and will be fully serviced before being handed over to you. Collingwood store pick up only.... If you have questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email, or check our size guide online. *Strictly no holds, no shipping, no returns for incorrect choice, change of mind or change in personal circumstance. Please note that should we require the test ride bike and accessories until our last trading day (depending on model), handover will be scheduled for the following week by appointment. 14.01.2022 Our Collingwood store is open as usual until April 18th, with the introduction of some practices in line with recommended guidelines for the health and safety of our customers and staff. As our store is small, entry will be capped at 4 customers at a time (excluding staff). If we are at full capacity when you arrive, please wait outside until there is space for you. Where possible we will come out to assist you at the door. Please practice safe distancing of 1.5m while inside.... All bike services must now be pre-booked to manage store traffic please call or email us to arrange. Puncture repairs will be attended to on a drop-in basis, you’ll just need to leave your bike with us. All handover of new bikes will be at the time designated at the time of order. If you need to reschedule, please let us know in advance. We are regularly sanitising high-touch surfaces at our store and have hand sanitiser/disinfectant spray available for your use.
