Your first session is hard your body hasnt moved like that in a looonnngggg time. But you feel great that youve done it. So you come to your second and third session the women and coaches in your class get to know you and you them, there are lots of laughs and words of encouragement Every session is hard, but you feel great afterwards, exhilarated, invigorated and even maybe ready for another session?
