Another Eco Block ICF home is taking shape. The walls have all been erected and filled. The client is building in a storm corridor in Brisbane's West. Because of the possibility of hail stone damage a Eco Block ICF concrete roof will be installed. The cost for the concrete roof is no more expensive than your traditional roofs. The roof and the walls of this home will be resilient to all manner of natural and man made disasters. Minimising all manner of Insurance possibilities and energy costs. Hi Folks, another of my less favourite photos, because of the destruction caused by bushfires. It there is anything to take from this photo, it is that the only homes left are built from Insulating Concrete Forms. The lower cost option to building in any bush fire zone. Unfortunately this is one of my favourite photos of ICF construction and its resilience to fire and all other manner of disasters. It is a shame that the Victorian Government simply ignore all of our test results and created a ban that makes no sense.
22.01.2022 The photo attached is a new home nearing completion in Brisbane. The home is being built be Build ICF 4 You. Viktor has been using Eco Block for 12 years. More pictures of this project to come.
22.01.2022 Oxley, Qld: Another great Eco Block project well underway. This three story home is being built by a client who wants real energy efficiency. Unsurpassed comfort, fire rated to BAL-FZ. The land is on a major road and the noise suppression was a major factor.
22.01.2022 New Eco Block ICF home in Aspely, Qld. Two weeks to construct the external walls, place concrete, insulation, sound barrier and internal and external frames. The owners selected Eco Block for it resilience in all conditions and the 40 to 60% electricity savings per annum.

14.01.2022 A fantastic new home under way. This is a 80 meter external wall in a BAL FZ area. Our walls have the highest energy rating and are a great sound barrier.
06.01.2022 Great Job Viktor, coming to an end of this brilliant ICF-FR construction. Four stories with two levels under ground. Superior energy efficiency and the owner have a home that will require minimum maintenance for its life time.
