Our ultra-high pressure waterblast robot was used to not only prioritise staff safety but to also decrease the job timeframe. With productivity increased it's a win win for all.

19.01.2022 A routine inspection of the The Daintree Ferry saw the 230-tonne vessel out of the water for 5 days. External inspections revealed the paint bubbling off below the waterline so the owners called in Tooleys Waterblasting to carry out a quick high pressure waterblast to remove the loose paint in preparation for a new paint system to be applied. The owners worked hard to have the vessel back in the water within the specified 5 day limit and were instrumental in keeping all workers well fed and hydrated during their time in the Daintree, Queensland. 16.01.2022 Our waterblast robot not only takes the hard, manual labour out of coating removal, but it also greatly improves job safety and decreases the job timeframe. Productivity is hugely improved! In this video, the boys are removing the coating from the @Australian Maritime Safety Authority - AMSA vessel - Coral Knight, in preparation for a new coating system. Works were performed at Tropical Reef Shipyard in Portsmith, Cairns. Its great to be working with true professionals at Tropical Reef Shipyard, where nothing is impossible with their can-do approach.

13.01.2022 The boys are currently living it up at the Pool Resort Port Douglas! Not really, but they are hard at work up there. The complex features 4 amazing pools that are currently getting a refurb. In conjunction with Dean Thomas Pools, the boys are high pressure waterblasting the four pools to remove all of the pools surface from the shells. They will then high pressure waterblast the pools in order to profile the surface in preparation for re-surfacing and then they will finally... low pressure, wet sandblast the total newly laid surfaces in order to lightly expose the new pebble. Cant wait to see the final results!

02.01.2022 Working with Haman Engineering and Caltex, the boys entered fuel pits at the Cairns Airport to high pressure waterblast (40,000 psi) and whip wet sandblast the internal steel pipeworks in preparation for re-coating.
