23.01.2022 DIVISION 4 MEDAL, SATURDAY. The day started off nicely, then it bucketed down, thunder and lightening, so we had a half hour break. Will be at it again tomorrow.

22.01.2022 Had a hail storm at the club, looks quite nice really. Fortunately no damage was done. We had a 30th birthday on the day, which went off really well. People enjoyed playing croquet.

19.01.2022 Some so and so's have vandalized a commemorative tree, which was dedicated to one of our club members.Some people really are dreadful. It was carefully nurtured by one of our club members and was coming along nicely. it happened some time this past weekend, and if anyone saw this happen they might let us know. I don't like posting negative stuff, but had to do this one.

15.01.2022 EIRE CUP 2020, the QLD and Tasmanian teams at Toombul during the Eire Cup. There were 3 real Tasmanians the rest are ring ins. I think we did justice for the Tas team. I really enjoyed the games, a bit nervous on the first day, but got over that. I won 3 games, so was very happy with that. Hedi

08.01.2022 Toombul Croquet Club AUSTRALIA DAY function was enjoyed by members of Eildon, Windsor, McIllwraith and of course Toombul players. We raised the flag and sang the national anthem at 8.00am. People were in fine voice, considering we had no music. Breakfast and champagne at 8.30 cooked by Wayne. Golf Croquet play started at 9.00ish. After lunch a few of us played A/c. I'm sure everybody had a happy day. The lovely raffle was provided by Leanne Linard, our patron and member for Nudgee. Thanks to all who attended.

03.01.2022 CAQ MIXED DOUBLES TOURNAMENT. 3/4 AUGUST 2019 played at Toombul Croquet Club. Don Close and Willie Silk won with 5 games and Troy McCallum and Kathie Grant were the runners up with 4 games won.

01.01.2022 We did the scarifying last Thursday. Took 300 kgs off lawn 2 and 250 off lawn 3. We're doing the next 2 lawns this Thursday.
