25.01.2022 This is a very well written article by a fellow Licensee, Peter Wales and we hope it balances out some of the negativity in the press at the moment about the best CEO we have had in our nearly 23 years in the business in our opinions. Our Prime Minister should be ashamed of his savage attack on Ms Holgate in parliament without having all the facts.

We are pretty sure Santa will be stopping at their house Don’t forget to post your letters to Santa soon to allow Santa enough time to answer them as he is very busy at this time of year and PLEASE DO NOT FORGET to write your address on your letters

22.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just a quick update on the works going on outside the Post Office. This coming Saturday 19th September the concrete will be poured. Our Post Office Boxes & Mail Posting Boxes WILL NOT BE accessible over this weekend.... (We will have to make sure the cute little Maggie is not still waiting patiently for her owner, or she may be wearing concrete boots)!! We may also have a wonderful surprise in store for everyone as well, so hold tight and we apologise for the inconvenience caused, but it will be much safer & look wonderful when finished.

21.01.2022 Better be quick! Only an hour until closing time - and if you are real lucky our cute little helper/elf may find your parcel for you, he has been working very hard today, we still have some parcels in our tubs and on our shelves!

14.01.2022 The beautiful well behaved children from the younger grades of Toora Primary lined up last week to post off their letters to Santa. A little birdie told me that Santa has already answered all their letters & they may have even got a little something extra with them this year!

We expect there will be a lot of parcels & mail on Tuesday, so please wait until the posties have delivered the mail and bring your parcel cards with you to collect, this is a big help to us, it enables us to know exactly where to look for your parcel. If you missed out on the snood & hat combos, as well as our Australian Merino sock bundles for both men & women, we now have more in ...stock as well as some more soft wool blend plain ladies ponchos. These sell very quickly. Almost forgot Julie our covid friendly model is looking after a stand of scarves all reduced to $15 each! Lots of different colours & designs to choose from.... 08.01.2022 Toora Post Office will be closed this Friday 23rd October for the Grand Final 2020 public holiday. There will be no mail deliveries on this day. Everything back to normal on Monday 26th. We are expecting a bigger than usual Monday so PLEASE wait for the parcel cards placed in your mail boxes before arriving at the Post Office to collect. ... Hope your team wins!!

Thank you for all your support, we have had such a crazy busy year, and you have all been wonderful. So many businesses have been complaining of grumpy customers, NOT US, we live in such a fabulous, respectful community of which we are so very grateful! We are open today for all your last minute requirements, banking, parcels etc. We also still have LOTS of last minute gifts available as well as gift cards for those hard to buy for people. We close at 5pm today and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 29th.
