23.01.2022 What can yoga offer you? Well, there are no guarantees in life... but what if this was your way to feeling good?? What if this was the thing for you that br...ought you more peace of mind, more suppleness and strength in the body, less pain and and more resilience? What if this was the thing that brought you closer to your true amazing self? What if this was your ‘thing’.... So many times I hear people say that Yoga is not their ‘thing’. I’m not really sure what that means - but maybe when we define ourselves in a certain way we hold ourselves back from new experiences? We are all human and all going through some stuff at the moment... I’m thinking that we could all use a little movement to shift the stagnant energy, some breath work to calm the nervous system, and some stillness to calm the busy mind.
