05.06.2022 It’s a hard lesson to learn - That the harder you work and the more you put in, the more you get out, ALWAYS. Cast back a year ago and we were probably lucky to get 4 or 5 people to run group. Years gone by the numbers have gone UP and the numbers have gone DOWN..But we’re still here, encouraging and helping people to do better.... That can be said for your health and fitness too. There will be ups and there will be downs, but stick with it, be consistent, show up and you’ll reach your destination A big thank you to this crew, legends. See more
