Solar Panel Cleaning completed yesterday at this lovely home in Ormeau Unfortunately these panels haven't been cleaned ever since their install a few years ago and there's some everlasting effects. You'll see in the second photo from the bird droppings being left on the panels they have managed to eat into the panel - similar to how it does on paint.... What this now means is now a shadow over the 6 squares it covers will impact the efficiency of the solar, not drastically but if it were a whole panel there would be concerns to replace. That's why we recommend to have your solar cleaned biannually, meaning every 6 months to avoid this from happening.
