18.01.2022 Change doesn’t happen over night. It starts with the desire, then one small step in the right direction. 2015-2019 failing my way to achieving my goals. I’ve learnt how to train, I’ve learnt how to eat, and I’ve learnt to shut my mouth, open my ears and trust the knowledge of @dimitrikastrappis . It’s as simple and as complex as following the plan.

We are currently working around some injuries by finding pain free ranges of movement that still allow progressive overload week to week. Strength, stability and coordination is improving and we’re just getting back into the proper swing of things
