25.01.2022 These Pre-Kindies did an amazing job of putting together a reasonably complicated puzzle. They worked together as a team and got the job done in under 15 minutes.

24.01.2022 We are very excited to share with you our Avondale University College (AUC) edition of the news. This year due to covid-19 restrictions, we could not have the students from AUC visit our school, so we filmed the news in TWO different locations! Mrs Thompson went to AUC and gave a lecture on our TCN program and our Garden program. The students at AUC were able to make an edition of the news themselves, using our mobile TCN studio. A big shout-out to Riley (Yr 6) for video editing the school side of this edition. https://www.torontocampusnews.com/contact-us

23.01.2022 After much prayer and planning we are very excited to share our school's vision with you.

11.01.2022 Our pen pal letters, Christmas cards and decorated portraits are ready for delivery! We wish our pen pals at Avondale House a very Happy Christmas

11.01.2022 Our Pre-Kindy teddy bear went missing again today!! He goes missing every year on the first day of term 1. After a very careful search of our school, we learnt where everything is located and we found our teddy bear having a teddy bear's picnic in our school garden! We joined him of course. None of us can work out how he got there! We made a book about our journey and shared it with the other students too.

10.01.2022 What a legacy our Years 3-6 children have left with their carefully written Acknowledgment of Country. Our newest students are exploring what it means at a simplistic level. Thank you for your contribution to our school community.

10.01.2022 We are proud to present our photos from Speech Night 2020. Special thank you to Felicity Thomson for the beautiful images you have captured for us this year.

09.01.2022 We would like to share with you our much anticipated and loved Letterland Party! The excitement was hard to contain as our Pre-Kindy children came dressed in their favourite Letterland costumes to celebrate their alphabet knowledge. Highlights included the treasure hunt, musical chairs, pass the parcel and our shared lunch eating foods starting with our Letterland characters' sounds. Congratulations to children who received their alphabet certificates at our party. It was a big day of alphabet fun to celebrate our learning. Thank you to Pr Johnny for helping out.

08.01.2022 Going home with the good stuff fresh from the garden.

05.01.2022 Our latest exchange of letters with our pen pals. Learning in action with highly beneficial results.

03.01.2022 Respect is a big part of what we teach at Toronto Adventist School. Respect for God, respect for each other, respect for our country and on Remembrance Day this week, respect for those who gave their lives to protect our freedom.

02.01.2022 Our TCN news team is very pleased to present to you our Garden Highlights TAKE ONE edition of the news. https://www.torontocampusnews.com

02.01.2022 It is going to be hot tomorrow! The forecast is for 27 degrees, so if your child or children would like to wear their summer uniform on hot days, please take the opportunity to choose the best option for them

01.01.2022 A little while back, our students learned about 'still life' drawing and experimented with charcoal to practise shading and tonal values. Look at this collection of amazing artwork, from some of the different still life arrangements we set up!
