Kiara 3rd HF, 2nd SH and 2nd IJ. Premier Title - Alita Lilt 5th, VM 3rd, BB 1st and Winner Overall. Kiara Lilt 4th, VM 6th, BB 3rd. Premier Title - Madison 3rd BB, 5th Lilt, 6th VM. Sunday: Premier Title - Alita 4th HF, 2nd BJ, 1st HL and 2nd Overall. Kiara 3rd HF, 2nd HL. Madison 6th HL. Championship - Alita HF 4th, Reel 6th. Kiara SD 5th, ST 3rd, Reel 4th - Overall 5th Placing in 16 & Over Championship.

19.01.2022 Congratulations Madison on a great weekend of Highland Dancing at the International Festival in Gosford. Whilst no overall placings in the championships, you did receive a 4th placing in your Earl of Errol. It was a worthwhile trip to represent your school and S.A. and was a fantastic experience for you.

10.01.2022 Injury recovery post- Shin splints! Below are two stretches for your calf muscles which often times become tight and when that happens they can pull on your shi...n bone. Use a rolled up towel, place it under the ball of the foot you want to stretch. One stretch you will keep your knee straight and I step forward with the other foot to get a better stretch. The second stretch you bend the knee of the foot you are stretching until you feel a pull in your calf. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds and complete 2-3 of each. Make sure to keep your heel down during the stretch. See more
