21.01.2022 Just a reminder, school zones are back in operation tomorrow between 8:00am-9:30am and 2:30pm-4:00pm around schools.

21.01.2022 Did you know ? As of 1 December 2019, mobile phone detection cameras have been put in place in NSW. For the first three months, If you are caught by these camer...as, you will be issued a warning letter. Importantly, there will be NO warning signs to inform you that the cameras are operating in the area you are driving in. A fine of $344 and five demerit points will apply for illegal mobile phone usage. Even if your phone is secured in a cradle, you can still be issued an infringement for touching the phone. Don’t have the phone on your lap, on your seat, or worse still, held in your hand. Many of us now use mobile applications for our work. Don't be caught out using mobile based calendars or map locations on the way to your jobs. -- David Kennedy, NSW DTA President

In speed zones of 90km/h or more, slow down safely and move over to give them space. Find out more: bit.ly/slowdowngivespace

14.01.2022 With lots of children at home from school and daycare at the moment, it's even more important to take care when reversing out of driveways. So remember to look out for children and always check your blind spots. They’re counting on you. #ContinueTowardsZero

13.01.2022 An intersection where the four entry points are all marked with stop signs are very rare but we’ve seen some interest on clarity of the road rules for this type... of intersection. In the below intersection, if each vehicle arrives at the same time what order from A to D do you think each person is permitted to go?

08.01.2022 In general most new P platers will get a second hand car to start off. An inspection report is a must especially when they are free and give some peace of mind.
