13.01.2022 Hello, I’m Carolyn and I am a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator who has been working in the area of diabetes education since 2008. I am based in the Perth community and have rooms located at four medical centres, both North and South of the river. I completed my post graduate certificate in Diabetes Education at Curtin University and have been working in private practice supporting people living with diabetes for 12 years. I strongly believe that in providing education on self-management skills, empowers clients to take control of their health and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life.
