17.01.2022 Not to be outdone by his mate, Richard brought his Basestation to us for a 4450KG ATM upgrade. With a Braced A-Frame, Timbren Load Sharing Suspension, Full 100mm chassis reinforcement, 1250 Tyres, E2 Antisway this rig is the goods behind his matching Ram 2500. Good Luck with the racing guys! 17.01.2022 Adrian brought his Camper Trailer for some upgrades as his weight loading a bit unbalanced side to side....so we fitted some custom made coil springs, Airbag Man air bags individually filled, some dyno designed RAW 4x4 shocks with special rebound settings, added an a-frame truss brace, some neat custom laser cut tow hooks, some 1125kg rims and 1250kg Double Star Tyres. 14.01.2022 Hi All, It’s been busy times at Towing Transformation. Here’s one of our latest projects. Rob bought his Basestation to us to have an ATM upgrade. Towing with his awesome Dodge Ram made his decision a no brainer. We fitted Timbren Load sharing suspension with new axles supported on a new full 100mm subframe and a-frame brace and hooked up with a D045 coupling and heavy duty non welded chains and glued to the road with some 1250kg Doublestar tyres and an E2 antisway system.... The result 4000kg GTM and 4450kg ATM and steady as a rock on the road. Keep your eyes on our page for more great projects that we have in the pipeline

09.01.2022 Hi. Things have been busy at Towing Transformations Paul brought us his near new Bailey van that sits on an Austrail Chassis tearing his hair out over it swaying at anything above 85kph. Now our first thoughts are the same as yours. The axles are too far forward and Pauls spreadsheets confirmed that. He had weighed it empty, full with water and without and the ball weight floated between 90kg and 140kg. He is towing with a Meredes ML and it has a sophisticated load levelling... system that made fitting something like an E2 impossible. So, we drew on our years of experience and other jobs we had done and we looked at all options. Ultimately, we have converted one rear tank to grey and fitted an extra front mounted fresh water tank. The spare has been relocated forwarded and the static ball weight is now 65kg higher. We then set the van up with a coupling spacer to run a little front rake and reset the tyre pressures to 65psi up from 45psi and fitted a Mr Hitches antisway system on a custom bracket welded to the body. The on-road results were amazing. An uncomfortable swaying pig has become a rocket. Stability at speed is no longer an issue (we are big believers of caravans towing in the optimum speed range of 85kph to 100kph on well sealed roads) let’s just say it will be extremely stable in that range. Paul has what he wants and then the bonus of his 3rd tank that was no planned at the start of this exercise. It goes to show that not all vans and two vehicles are compatible right out of the box but a little tweeking goes a long way Job done the Towing Transformations way. 08.01.2022 This week has been busy at Towing Transformation..Michael brought his Retreat Macquarie to us and we ripped out the old leaf suspension which has seen better days after his last big lap. Then we fitted a 100mm riser, Timbren Silent Ride Suspension, Hitchmaster D035 Coupling and some 235/75R15 tyres rated at 1250kg each. Upgraded the ATM to 3250kg....ready to roll again

03.01.2022 Today Peter bought his new Jayco Conquest to us .....needed a storage box fitted but still wants to tow a small trailer on occasions....our solution is a rated hitch with riser and quick release box. Nice and solid...looks the part...done the Towing Transformations way
