22.01.2022 A crew headed out around 2030hrs last night tasked by water police to search for a missing vessel. After almost an hour of searching, the vessel was found by Water Police. Before heading back to port the crew was tasked to pick up a yacht that had drifted from the duck pond and was slowly drifting closer to shallow water in front of the Strand. Rough conditions from the Northeast meant that the Skipper decided to tow the vessel into the swing basin and to well protected waters at the yacht club. A very late night for the crew and Radio Operators involved, but an excellent job done by those involved.
