22.01.2022 Hi everyone, TP Records has an app that you can access on your mobile. The app will show details of what has been spent and the amount of funding you have left. For example, if you book an interpreter and you are wondering whether payment has been made, the app will show all of that information. The app can be downloaded via the Apple Store (iOS) or via Google Play (android). ... Once you have the app downloaded, you need to enter your NDIS Number and password. When you become a participant with TP Records, a password will automatically be sent to you once the set up has been done. When you have entered all details, your information will appear in the app. When your plan ends, the app will show no active plan is available. Once we receive your new plan, the app will be reinstated with the new plan details and funding amounts. If you are unsure as to how to set up the app or if you are an existing participant and need a new password sent, please get in contact with us so we can help you!

22.01.2022 Hi everyone! We hope this finds everybody in good health. TP Records now has a new process when it comes to paying invoices. Previously, when we received invoices from the provider, it was sent out to the participant to check and approve before payment was made. Sometimes it took a while to receive a reply from the participant. We would get reminders from the providers asking for payment however we couldn’t do anything about it until a response was received from the particip...ant. Going forward, we will still email the invoice as normal. However, if no reply or response is received from the participant in 7 days, we will take that as the participant’s approval for us to pay the provider. If there is an issue with the invoice and you contact us within 7 days, we can sort out any problems first before payment. Again, if we don’t hear from the participant in 7 days from sending the email, the invoice will be paid. As always, please contact us if you have any questions. Thanks!

It’s been a very busy year and now it’s nearly Christmas! Our office will be closed from Monday 23 December 2019 and will reopen again on Monday 13 January 2020. 05.01.2022 Core supports is the most popular category in an NDIS plan. The core supports are made up of 3 sub-categories being: 1. Consumables (eg. interpreting & translation, Auslan training, low risk technology items) 2. Daily Activites (eg. gardening, cleaning, help at home, self care)... 3. Social & Community (eg. Support workers to help engage in the community) When your plan is set up, the NDIS will allocate amounts to each category. We are able to move funds between each category to suit your needs. The core supports are very flexible! Please note that not everyone will get access to the 3 sub-categories! You may only get access to 1 or 2 of these sub-categories. We suggest that you check what categories you can access before you start booking services. As always, please get in touch with us if you have any questions!

It gives me great pleasure to say that after an internal restructure, we are able to take on new participants again!
