There is an abundance of hours that ranges from the morning right through till the following morning on New Years Day. TPS are looking to recruit a lot of new members to its elite crew, and will be conducting interviews with every applicant we come across prior to the date. Successful applicants will be awarded with the event shifts, with more opportunity's to work with TPS on a casual basis either with part-time or full-time hours in the coming year. If you are a security officer with your current first aid certificate and security licence, is great at communication and a hard worker, then this add is for you! 20.01.2022 **PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT** The proud owners of TPS - Lefteri and Robert, would like to share the following message. We would just like to say a massive THANK YOU! To all that have supported us and believed in us from day 1 and up until now. The support and kind words we have received since the incident has been unreal, everybody had rushed to our defence and it really brings an uncontrollable smile to our faces everytime we hear it.... We are in our 4th year of business as a local security company and the support we have received from the community has been nothing short of overwhelming, we cannot thank you enough! We have all worked tirelessly, doing all that we can within the Darwin CBD over the last 7-8 months to help make it a safer, more enjoyable place for all. We have gone over and above and thrown our bodies on the line time and time again, no matter what, and we absolutely love what we do, and all of this support from all of you makes us proud to keep on doing it. We initially felt shattered when the Channel 9 news tried to destroy and sabotage us by releasing an unfinished story, attempting to paint our security officer in such a negative light, without all of the facts. However we knew that the truth would come out eventually and we are standing by all of our security officers especially during this crucial time. We have been absolutely fighting tooth and nail to protect the reputation that TPS have built over the last several years and the show of support from all of you has been well and truly amazing. We cannot thank you enough. Our officer Jake Duncan is in good spirits and is on the road to recovery. We wish him all the best and cant wait to see him back and better than ever rocking the blue. We will continue to do our part to ensure that the community is kept safe, no matter the cost. This ordeal has tested us, but at the end of the day has only served to strengthen us. TPS is a family, and we will stick together through thick and thin and will continue to work within the Territory for as long as humanely possible. 12.01.2022 The year 2020 has come and gone, we’d like to say we’ve recovered here at TPS but we are as busy as ever coming into 2021. As a security firm, Territory Protective Services has grown exponentially throughout 2020 and it has all culminated into what was the biggest event held across Australia this New Years Eve! The Darwin Waterfront in conjunction with the Northern Territory Government put on a sold out show to 10,000 revellers featuring Tones And I and Shepperd.... TPS are proud to have been selected as the sole security provider for the event, staffing over 50 security officers for the event alone and almost 100 security officers across all of Darwin at their many many unique venues. We would like to say a great big thank you!! To all those in attendance both at the Waterfront or at any of our venues for bringing in the new year without a hitch! We would also like to thank all of the ever hard-working TPS Security Officers who worked tirelessly with us throughout 2020.
