12.01.2022 Happy Easter! Make your own Marshmallow Bunnies. See the picture below. 2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons gelatine 1 1/4 cups hot tap water... 1 teaspoon vanilla extract coconut few drops of your preferred colouring 1. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup hot tap water and stir until dissolved. 2. Place sugar and remaining 1 cup hot tap water into microwave safe jug. Microwave on high for 2 mins stirring after 1 min. Make sure sugar has dissolved. 3. Add gelatine mix to sugar mix and stir well. Place mix in a large bowl and beat for 7-10 minutes until mixture is very thick and white in colour. Add your preferred colouring. 4.Pour into greased bunny moulds or pour into a large shallow container and refrigerate until completely set. Remove marshmallow from bunny moulds and highlight ears, eyes and noses with food colour then allow to dry. toss in coconut. If not using bunny moulds then slice your marshmallow into cubes and toss in coconut. Big hit at my house!!
