25.01.2022 IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION With early voting starting Monday 19th October at 4/54 Siganto Drive, Helensvale and 4/131 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford, locals have been asking for a COVID safe & environmentally friendly version of my HTV card. This election I am asking for your support. As a local mum and Early Childhood Educator, I want to be able to help deliver the Annastacia Palaszczuk MP Government's Economic recovery plan, including the $4.4 million in local road...s upgrade and record-breaking investment in our schools and health system. QLD cannot afford the cuts, sacking and asset sales of the LNP.

23.01.2022 Despite the final count not being completed I just wanted to thank every single person who helped on my campaign, spoke to on the doors, stopped at a roadside and supported me this election and with a very big thank you to my amazing volunteers who walked beside me every step of the way. It's been an incredible campaign, with ups and down, but overall I have absolutely loved being the Labor candidate for Theodore. It's an incredible honour. I will post updates as they come through, thank you all!

21.01.2022 Queensland’s continued health response to COVID-19 means that we can travel freely and deliver our plan for economic recovery. In stark contrast, the UK’s increasing COVID infection numbers means they are going back into lockdown for four weeks. Keep up the great work, Queensland and remember if you are unwell- stay home and get tested. ... #covid19

18.01.2022 How will the reduction of the Jobseeker payment affect you? Here's what you need to know about the changes to the coronavirus supplement payment.

16.01.2022 Back at it with the troops for a post election BBQ and branch meeting welcoming visitors, current members and new members. It's great to be surrounded by such passionate and dedicated community members who like me want to give back to the community.

13.01.2022 Well that's a wrap! Today I've been advised by the Returning Officer of the outcome of the election for the State District of Theodore and following the official count process, he has confirmed the elected candidate is Mark Boothman. Obviously this isn't the outcome we were hoping for but I can honestly say that I was extremely honoured to be the Labor candidate for Theodore and super proud of the work my small team and I did during the year long campaign. ... I'd like to acknowledge the team who stood with me from the beginning and worked tirelessly at daily roadsides, phone calling, doorknocking, letterboxing, hours of prepoll, scrutineering and huge thanks to all the vollies who stepped up on election day to hand out and battle the heat and hail. To Brad Watson, Julie Moffat, Lis Venville, Anuj Hora, Peter Fitzgerald, Jessica May, Janelle Fitzgerald, Brendan Bogle, Matt Donovan and Maurie McGowan, I couldn't have done this without your commitment and support and I appreciate the time you all volunteered to the campaign. We've all come out as winners in my books because life long friendships are forged through work like this. You all mean the world to me. It sure was a roller-coaster of a ride and I'm grateful to have been surrounded, supported and mentored by so many others from the Labor Party and my union, the United Workers Union as well as Mark Bailey MP - Labor for Miller and Meaghan Scanlon - Member for Gaven who were always there for support and advise. I have called Mark Boothman MP, Theodore today to congratulate him on his re-election. I have much respect for Mark and his work in our community. . Working with Mark, his family and his team of vollies was an absolute pleasure and it was a great opportunity to get to know everyone. It made prepoll and election day fun. So despite the loss, I'm definitely not defeated and my team and I will deconstruct our campaign and reflect on the past 12 months because from loss comes lessons and there's always something to learn. With the election now over and our lives return to some semblance of normality, my focus will be to continue to work and advocate for our community and continue to build on the Labor movement here on the Gold Coast. If you're keen to join a solid, progressive, diverse and community minded team, please shoot me a message and I'll be in touch and if you'd like to join the Party, click on the link below and also let me know. https://www.queenslandlabor.org/join/ https://www.123formbuilder.com/form-1217086/ Thanks again for all of your continued support and keep your eyes peeled for all of the job creating infrastructure projects starting soon across the Gold Coast and Theodore.

13.01.2022 Well look who I bumped into!! Great to be with Chris Johnson - Labor for Coomera and the team at Upper Coomera State College this afternoon. Grey skies but we're still smiling because we're proud to stand with a strong stable government. Now's not the time to risk Deb Frecklington and the LNP.

10.01.2022 Big thanks to my volunteers who've worked tirelessly throughout the campaign!! One more day to make your vote counts. Stick with Annastacia don't risk Deb and the LNP

09.01.2022 Happy Election Day! Be sure to Vote 1 Tracey Bell and stick with Annastacia. Now is not the time to risk Deb and the LNP.

07.01.2022 The new Queensland Cabinet has been announced. Congratulations to the team who can now get on with the job of economic recovery and deliver the roads, schools, hospitals and services Queensland needs and creating the jobs needed to build them. A huge shout out and congratulations to my friend and mentor Meaghan Scanlon - Member for Gaven for her appointment as Minister. As a volunteer on Meaghan's first campaign for Gaven beginning in 2016, I'm so very proud to be witness to her amazing journey.

04.01.2022 And so the conversation continues. Nothing changes if nothing changes and things need to change drastically and quickly.
