22.01.2022 Homemade Chicken and Corn soup with a touch of Flavourista. An old family favourite especially on a cold winter's night. Recipe is as follows - 2 pkts cream of Chicken Soup Mix... 2 cans creamed corn 4 cups Chicken Stock Spring Onions 1 dsp soy sauce 2 tsp ginger 1 tbs Flavourista Chive and Onion Spice Blend Ham, shredded 2 eggs beaten Method Make cream of Chicken Soup Mix as per the directions with only water Add chicken stock, creamed corn, ginger, soy sauce and spice blend to the soup. Bring to boil Add spring onions Stir for a few minutes Add shredded ham and beaten eggs. Bring to boil. Serve with your favourite bread. ENJOY!

19.01.2022 Chicken, pumpkin and risotto with Chive and Onion Spice Blend and Ponderosa Spice Blend for dinner tonight. YUM! A great meal to have on a cold winter's night. Recipe 500 grams chicken fillets, cut and cubed... 1 Brown onion, diced 500g pumpkin, peeled and cubed 25g butter 1 tsp minced garlic 1 pkt baby spinach 60grams 2 1/2 cups Arborio rice 1/2 cup parmesan 1tbs Ponderosa Spice Blend 1 tbs Chive and Onion Spice Blend METHOD Place pumpkin and stock in medium saucepan and bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes to soften the pumpkin. In a large fry pan, melt butter and saute onion, followed by garlic and salute for 2-3 minutes Add chicken to fry pan and cook until brown. Add Arborio rice and cook until liquid absorbs Add Flavourista's Chive and Onion Spice Blend and Ponderosa Spice Blend to saucepan.. Add cooked chicken, onion and garlic to saucepan. Add spinach and parmesan Lightly season with Flavourista's Stockman's Whip Salt blend ENJOY!

I had a customer send me a message regarding the Greek Out Spice Blend and had to share, "I recieved my order today.... used the Greek Out tonight to make my husband lamb doner kebabs.... HE LOVED THEM!!!! Soooo easy all I had to do was add some Greek Out spice blend to the minced lamb and that was it! Thankyou Mel for sharing your pictures and how you used one of the products.
