25.01.2022 Please!! I often hear from patients that their problems are purely genetic Whether it’s skin issues, weight issues, diabetes, depression, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, fertility issues or even poor eyesight - many people believe their genes seal their fate. And this is often because they’ve been told so! By family or by doctors who have simply ruled everything else out, therefore it "must be in the genes". That blame has also been a way to rationalise any... negative health behavior that’s the real root cause of the issue. Remember : your genes , & () s Genes on their own don’t really do anything. They have to become activated, or ‘switched on’, by chemical reactions from stress, sleep, water, oxygen, vitamins, minerals & amino acids (proteins). At the base level our genes are there to make the right quality & quantity of hormones, neurotransmitters & other structural proteins within the body. The role of the gene/DNA Nutrigenomix test that I offer is to identify which of your genes will be most affected by poor diet & habits and what simple steps you can do to ‘switch them on’ for optimal health. The best food and exercise recommendations are made with each personalised gene/DNA test report. We’re not just sitting ducks or a cookie cutter fit when it comes to the optimal diet & lifestyle choices for each of us. I get so sick of hearing the marketing for fad diets and exercise programs that place everyone in the same square!! You truly do have a lot of control over your health outcomes, and if you’re feeling lost with where to go next, I highly recommend a factual DNA test. Please reach out for more information about the Nutrigenomix Test that I offer, nationwide #australia. A link to my site with information is also in the comments below. ______________________________________________ . . . #nutrigenomics #supportyourgenes #yourbesthealth #healthybodyandmind #bestfoods #bestexercises #experthealth

24.01.2022 Hello! I'm often asked why I share so many - , here's why... It's because I recommend a grain-free lifestyle for everyone. When you work with me, you know this, but for those that haven't met me and may be wondering Collectively, the champions of the world (you know who you are ) , the ones taking each day head on, juggling endless tasks while raising empires/ families...... The ones who want boundless energy to keep on-side of their dreams, and those needing deep, replenishing sleep, even when its short... Those wanting a sharp mind to lead & a strong body to last (while looking incredible each step of the way) ... It's my role to assist YOU, and share best nutrition options. Protein & plant - rich inspirations are simply needed in a world that favours grain & sugar-rich fast fixes at every corner. Wholesome protein & plant -rich dishes are the hardest to find on-the-run, but they're the hardest to make. And I've yet to meet a person that needs an arm twist to have a piece of toast! The same cant be said about proteins & plants . So please, enjoy your wholesome grains, the sourdoughs & wild rice, cous cous, pastas & potatoes on the side. Add the grain- free proteins & plants to balance & be the majority on your plate, so you can effortlessly champion-on. If you have any questions, please reach out! When we're adopting new, healthy habits & heading in the direction of our dreams, it can be easy to forget that we're learning & need to take things slow Habit forming, such as drinking more water, saving more money, going to bed earlier, eating our veggies or moving your body throughout the day, is more effective with & ... than it is with racing.
