15.01.2022 TRACKS have proudly provided Indigenous staff to All Cast NT to work on the Northern Territory Government's Litchfield Park Road Stage 2 Upgrade, which includes 11.6 km of roadworks and a 161 metre long bridge over the Finniss River, the completion of works will complete the sealed loop road through the Litchfield National Park. Operate machinery and assist in non-mechanical maintenance and construction tasks as required. Mechanics service, repair and overhaul the mechanical part such as the engine, the transmission (clutch, gear box and differential), and the suspension systems (springs, steering, brakes, wheels, and tyres). Mechanics may work on 4x4 vehicles, trucks, tracked vehicles, earth moving equipment, and stationary engines including generators, pumps, compressors, and drilling rigs. 02.01.2022 The $26 million Litchfield Park Road Stage 2, comprising of the construction of a new bridge over the Lower Finniss River and sealing of the last 12 kilometres, completing the loop road is now open to traffic. Improving road safety, flood immunity and allowing for all year-round access, boosting tourism, supporting pastoral and agricultural industries. The sealed road and bridge allows all year-round access to one of the most loved destinations in the Northern Territory, Litc...hfield National Park. The Park attracted on average of 335,900 visitors from 2015 to 2019. Tracks Indigenous Services proudly supported Indigenous employment, mentoring & training on the Litchfield Park Road Stage 2 Project, in collaboration with All Cast NT and Ostojic Group.
