23.01.2022 Over the past few months our Yr11 Construction students have been building park benches as a community project for QATSIF Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation. Today they left our construction yard and took pride of place in their new home at the QATSIF office, Lutwyche. These deadly tables will be utilised as an outdoor dining and break out meeting space. Thank you to our trainers from our onsite RTO Australian Trade Training College RTO # 31399 for the training our students and to MRAEL for donating the materials. QATSIF are an important partner in all Queensland schools, supporting indigenous students to complete Year 12 and attain their QCE. #NailTheConnection

In 2012, YOU CHOOSE founders Melissa and Peter McGuinness’s 18-year-old son, Jordan, was speeding and under the influence of alcohol and drugs when he drove his car into stationary vehicle.
