24.01.2022 Loving Home needed- price minimal (cost of gelding- or less if you want to get him gelded yourself- MUST BE GELDED) Beautiful 2 year old Bay tobiano, 28% arabian should mature about 14.2hh -soon to be gelding- with some minor neurological disorders.... actually more like bad habits. He is a wind sucker when confined in a small wire fenced paddock and will paw in a small yard. He desperately needs wide open spaces and gainful employment- ie chasing cows or sheep, taking long ...romantic rides though the scrub or being run ragged by a short person interested in pony club. Large paddock or electric fencing most suitable to this lad. So far, though very friendly he has had minimal handling (beyond being caught, weaned, haltered and then released and handled/patted in a large paddock) due to the fact he was the product of an unwanted mating and I have had very little time for him (I know... bad me). If anyone is interested, or knows of someone who might need a project please PM me. Feel free to share this post. He is located in Cootamundra NSW. See more

16.01.2022 For sale (to be gelded) 2 year old 1/4 arabian. Beautiful looks and handy type- suit anything really, but would be great to work with cattle or like. Very very very cheap due to boredom related bad habit (wind sucking)

16.01.2022 the beautiful old girl Tamirah Astana (26 years young)

15.01.2022 I just LOVE watching herd dynamics. Our top herd mare is 23 years old and losing her eye sight so over the past twelve months the herd had splintered into three sub groups seldom seen together. A week and a bit ago we got a new mare (the beautiful Charaway Marietta). Within two days the old lead mare was following her around, in 5 days she had the whole herd (some 17 horses) back together and moving as a large group- I have not seen them apart since. She does it for the most part without even laying back her ears. Just one more reason I love having enough land that my mares (and the odd gelding) can run as a natural herd!

10.01.2022 Weaning the babies started yesterday... mums were a little anxious, but mostly because kids are now getting all the food and they have been evicted out into the big paddock. Kids couldnt care less.. mum who??
