This can be difficult if you’re on multiple social platforms but leaving questions unanswered in a public profile shows poor customer service and no one likes being ignored.... Automated processing of orders. This can be through a website or somewhere like Etsy. When I see DM to order, I’m more likely to go somewhere else that I know an item is in stock, where I can clearly see shipping prices or pick up details. Saying thank you. This can be as simple as a postcard or email saying thanks for your order. Or to try to bring in repeat orders you can offer a thank you discount for returning customers. A little gift in with the package (lollies, a bookmark or greeting card, a magnet for example). It’s the simple things that help keep our customers happy.
