01.01.2022 What is your intention for the remainder of 2020. If we are awaking each day then we have a new opportunity to bring our intention and focus toward what brings us meaning. Breathe in fully, nurture self and stay open, ready to receive what is on offer. Let awareness in without taking on board the fear or hate circulating around.... Stay strong in love and acceptance, keeping awake and ready for action.. My move to the Sunshine Coast is almost complete and in a few weeks time I will be offering treatments again from my home studio... Keeping focussed, patient and continually readjusting back onto what is important have been key in moving through the turmoil and hitting goals.
