24.01.2022 Hi everyone, As most of you all know, the 7am classes will now be moving to 7:15am due to the gym reopening and me being there at 6am. Also there are a few slight changes to the timetable so please be aware of that. For those wanting to do a class, please let me know which ones for next week.

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Here is my new timetable for my online group sessions. There is now 7am classes across the week, except for Friday, instead, being an 8am class. Also there are now classes every week night at 6pm. This Timetable takes effect as of 1st of June (not May as I said in the video, been a long day haha) Pricing structure works the same.... $5 per class $20 for 5 classes #35 for unlimited access to all classes *For more info, watch the video or PM me.
