Remember it’s called an obstacle for a reason, you’re meant to overcome it or go around it! - Yes, sometimes that obstacle seems too great to overcome, too great to see past!... - Here’s where you focus on what you CAN do, rather than can’t. - In lockdown? Cool. What can you do to get fit at home ?? 24.01.2022 Hello Everyone!! - We’re excited to announce that we’re back to 24/7. We will resume normal staffed hours. - The booking link will still be used to ensure priority in busy times. Please book to guarantee a spot to train. Maximum workout time is still 2 hours.... - We still have a Maximum of 20 people in the facility at any given time. This is closely monitored to ensure that we are meeting the standards to ensure the health and safety of all members. - Any tailgaters let in after staffed hours will results in immediate membership termination. - This is a difficult situation we are all faced with so please ensure you are sanitising and cleaning up after you use a workout station.
