23.01.2022 Did you know red grape juice is clear? Red wine and Rose wines are made using the grape skins soaking in the grape juice. Sometimes this skin contact time can be as little as a few hours for a light pink blush. White wine can be made using red grapes and in fact a lot of sparkling wine contains Pinot Noir grapes which are red.... Wine grapes are intensely sweet and these ones are almost ready for harvesting. During harvest lots of wineries will have fruit at cellar door for you to taste.
