05.01.2022 As we start to emerge from the self-isolation of the last few months, is there one positive that you can take forward into your new normal? One of the areas that so many people have been focused on is their exercise and health regime. In the absence of being able to go to the gym or any other structured exercise environment we begin to wonder what on earth we are going to do with ourselves while we are essentially confined to four walls.... Perhaps you were you one of the thousands who purchased a road bike, home gym equipment or participated in a plethora of online options. Maybe your new regime was to simply spend quality time with the family. Human nature would suggest that we are likely to fall back into the same old, same old! The bike becomes a rusty relic.
